Q: Are the products original?
A: Yes! All products we order are 100% original and sourced directly from official stores or verified platforms in China. We don’t deal with replicas or unauthorized goods.

Q: Why are the prices so low?
A: Because we buy directly in China, where prices are often much lower than in Europe. In Europe, prices are usually much higher because traditional retailers add heavy margins for import, branding, and profit. We don’t add retail markups—just a small service fee.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Typically, delivery in China to our warehouse will take around 2–4 days and then about another 1 week to you, depending on the shipping method and your location in Europe.

A: Delivery fees depend on the product size, weight, and shipping method. You'll see estimated shipping costs before confirming your order.

Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: We currently ship to all EU countries and some additional European regions. If you’re unsure, contact us directly.
